Arsenal88 shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from password disclosure due to the user's own negligence. Use a strong, unique password to keep your account secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Arsenal88 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
Users are strictly prohibited from using any automated software, bots, hacking tools, or other methods to exploit or manipulate the platform's gaming or payment systems. arsenal88 reserves the right to take action against any account suspected of engaging in such activity.
Users are also prohibited from sharing or distributing any platform content — including software, graphics, and interfaces — to third parties without prior written consent from arsenal88. Any misuse of platform content constitutes an infringement of our copyright and intellectual property rights.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information in MYR
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on arsenal88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made using approved local payment methods, including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. arsenal88 does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must be made using an account held in the registered user's name.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the user's name. arsenal88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, for compliance and security purposes.
Transaction Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. arsenal88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user. Any suspicious or unrecognised transactions must be reported to our support team immediately.
Arsenal88 reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of being linked to fraud or money laundering. In such cases, the user will be notified and a review process will be conducted before any final decision is made.
Liability Limits & Account Policy

Arsenal88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, service interruptions, technical delays, or data loss caused by factors beyond our control. arsenal88's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Arsenal88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a manner that is harmful to other users or the platform's systems. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach will not be entitled to a refund of any funds under investigation.
